It all exploded in the media with the disappearance and death of Laci Peterson. Of course, her husband Scott was the killer and now he is on death row in California.

Now it is the story of another Peterson, Stacey who is also missing and presumed dead. Her husband Sgt. Drew Peterson is the prime suspect. There have been numerous cases of missing and murdered moms and housewives in between these two cases and as in a great number of true crime stories the husband/boyfriend is usually the culprit.
